Tumblers, ages 5 & up, will learn new skills and perfect exiting skills based on level and readiness. Tumblers will also increase their strength by doing conditioning drills each class. Tumblers must compete an $5.00 assessment by a Vision staff member prior to registering.
Two sessions will be offered for Saturday classes. Fall session will run from September to November. Winter Session will run from January to March.
Level 2 – Backbend kick over, handstand snap downs, handstand blocks, round off rebounds, dive cartwheels, backbend stand ups, handstand forward rolls, handstand backbends and handstand walks.
Level 3 – Back walkovers, front walkovers, back handsprings, font handsprings and side aerials.
Level 4 – Back tucks, front aerials, pancakes, linked skills and continuous tumbling passes.
Level 1 & 2 – 4:30-5:30 PM
Level 3 & 4- 3:30-4:30 PM

Students ages 5 and up will expand their knowledge of the human body and will explore the elasticity of muscles. Students will also have the opportunity to increase their flexibility through the use of partner stetting, resistance, starching tools, and active methods.

Acro & Tricks
Students ages 5 and up will learn and develop acrobatic tricks and stunts.
Acro students must be a level 3 tumbler or higher, and enrolled in the flexibility development class in order to attend the Acro/Tricks class.
